Pine Grey pressure-treated

Pine Grey pressure-treated

Benefits

  • Very good durability thanks to quality pressure treatment according to
DIN 68800 Part 3, chemical preventive timber protection, not suitable for direct contact with the ground
  • Pressure treatment shade light grey, free of heavy metals
  • High strength
  • Good structural qualities
  • Low susceptibility to warping and cracking
  • Long service life
  • Decorative appearance
  • Simple to work
  • Wood from the local region
  • Made in Germany

Other properties

In the non-pressure-treatment process, the timbers are pre-finished using a lowresource dipping method and thus made both more resistant to wood-destroying fungi or insects and longer lasting. Do you want to get a naturally greyed surface over the course of the years, without having to give the timbers extra protection? Then you've found the right timbers for your desired outdoor applications in this product range.

Teak pressure-treated pine

Teak pressure-treated pine

Benefits

  • Very good durability thanks to quality impregnation according to DIN 68800 Part 3, chemical preventive protection of wood with preservatives, partially suitable for direct contact with the ground
  • Impregnation shade teak, free of heavy metals
  • High strength
  • Good structural qualities
  • Low susceptibility to warping and cracking
  • Very long service life
  • Decorative appearance
  • Simple to work
  • Direct contact with the ground possible
  • Wood from the local region
  • Made in Germany

Other properties

The special impregnation process uses a licensed impregnating agent, which is introduced into the cellular structure of the wood at high pressure in autoclave systems (sapwood approx. 10 mm, heartwood approx. 2 - 3 mm). It then bonds with the wood and prevents it from being penetrated by wood-destroying fungi or insects for many years while also helping to prevent it turning grey.

Green pressure-treated pine

Green pressure-treated pine

Benefits

  • Very good durability thanks to Class 4 quality impregnation according to DIN 68800 Part 3, chemical preventive protection of wood with preservatives, partially suitable for direct contact with the ground
  • Impregnation shade green, free of heavy metals
  • High strength
  • Good structural qualities
  • Low susceptibility to warping and cracking
  • Very long service life
  • Decorative appearance
  • Simple to work
  • Direct contact with the ground possible
  • Wood from the local region
  • Made in Germany

Other properties

The special impregnation process uses a licensed impregnating agent, which is introduced into the cellular structure of the wood at high pressure in autoclave systems (sapwood approx. 10 mm, heartwood approx. 2 - 3 mm). Pine Thermowood

Pine Thermowood

Benefits

  • Good dimensional stability
  • High durability
  • No resin bleeding possible
  • Long service life
  •  Produced according to ecological principles
  • No chemical preservative treatment
  • Hygienic
  • Reduced thermal conductivity
  • Decorative appearance
  • Simple to work

Other properties

New technology for extending the service life of wood for use outdoors without chemical additives (direct weathering without contact with the ground) allows us to apply the following procedure: High temperatures of approx. 210°C and steam are used to modify the physical properties of the wood in a process taking several days. This changes its chemical structure, reducing the density, strength and modulus of elasticity of the timber and removing resin and other constituents.
